I am so tired of worrying and its just a bad habit which i can't control. I wish i wouldn't feel so worried and having these worry sensations going through my mind and body. I really want to have peace of mind and feel happy. I just want to feel calm and relaxed again. How do I deal with this?

  1. Go see a psychiatrist and have him put you on some meds, which will help you relax.  Also he will probably put you on antidepressant as well.  In addition, to doing those, which I do, you can listen to a relaxation MP3 at night, when you are going to sleep.

If you need/want to talk, or ask any more questions, please e-mail me, as I know what you are going through.

  2. Well you can try aerobic exercise which increases endorphins and naturally makes you feel better. Even stretching can help because it can relax tighten muscles. Eating more fruit and vegetables is also beneficial because they contain a lot of antioxidants which protects are cells from damage. Or you can consult a doctor and they may do some tests and possibly prescribe you with zoloft, paxil, etc. which is for anxiety disorders.

  3. Yoga and get this book.......The Power of Positive Thinking

  4. Hi,

I went to a website and got me a cd with positive thinking. I usually use it before I go to sleep and it has helped me to be more positive the next day and start laughing again.

The best thing is that this is not drugs with its side effects. All natural!

    Go check it out.

  5. I have been eperiancing anxiety for years and a psychiatrist can put you on medication to help. Also you have to make sure you eat right and have plenty of fluids. You have to have someone you can trust in to talk to also. Find something you enjoy to do to relax you also such as reading or writing. Alot of people including myself found keeping a daily journal of your feelings help. Make sure you are getting the right sleep in your life also. But the first thing to do is see a psyciatrist so they can get some meds in your blood line to help you relax.
