Need Help with Myspace!?

okay, well if you go to this guys myspace:

www.myspace.com/gshelms and then click send message, this whole page comes up, and says PLEASE READ and FAQs, how can i put that page in my myspace! PLEASE ANSWER, i need the answer by tomorow! thx!

all he did was hide the default contact table, and then create a similar looking one, changing the links to his blog instead
