Need Help with a frequency physics problem!

The motion of an object is described by the equation below.

x= (0.50 m)cos(pi*t/7)

a) Find the position of the object at t=0.50 s

b) Find the frequency of the motion

c) Find the period of the motion

for part a I am putting in 0.50s for t and solving for x but I am not getting the right answer...

  1. are you sure that your calculator is set on Radian or Degree ? if it's math then it should be on Radian and if it's a Physics problem then it should be on Degree mode !
