Need: Idea for Vacation Spot for Young Couple - Last week in July - Carribean is Out bc of hurricanes/heat?

It's going to be my 25th birthday, and we orgionally wanted to go to Punta Cana in the Dominican, but after last weeks heat wave in NY, we realized we'd both die if we went there. Due to my bf's job, we can only go the last week in July/1st week in August...so Caribbean/FL is out because of Hurricane Season....

Any ideas? We would like to go somewhere where there is a beach, an All Inclusive package, and we can just relax and get a tan.... We just got our passports in the mail, so we'd really like to go away.

You should try Pataya Beach, Thailand (it's in southern Thailand). Great climate, great beaches, great people and good prices. Enjoy.....Second choice might be Punta Arenas, Costa Rica.

Rent a luxury cabin in the Smoky Mountains.  It's beautiful and private with lots to do in town and the National Park is full of things to do.
