Okay, so there is this wedding next weekend, for one of my horse riding instructors.

It's a wedding at 7 pm, and there will be a part afterward, also, it will be outside. People are supposed to bring food, but some is also being ordered. It will be completely outside, except for maybe a tour of the home, since the other instructor there(not the one getting married) was the one who got the Extreme Makeover Home Edition with her kids. It's gonna be by/in the house, so maybe it should be fancier, idk(thats kinda why I wanna look good.!!

So what is appropriate to wear?

Dress, skirt, pants?

Flats, heels, flip-flops?

Also, what should I do with my hair? It has long layers, down to the bottom of my brastrap, light blonde(not quite platinum, but with some lighter and darker parts) and I do have side bangs,, but I'll probably pull 'em back.

Thank you soooo much!!!

  1. For your hair -- Put in some loose curls and pin your bangs back into a poof. That is fancy but not too fancy. It also looks great on just about every one.

Cloths -- Try to talk to someone else who is going. Talk to your other instructor, some friends of yours, someone that you would be comfortable asking. I would suggest a dress, but I guess that is because it is a wedding. If not a dress, wear a nice shirt and a knee length skirt, maybe just a little shorter, but not too much.

Shoes -- low heels or flats. I would suggest heels with a dress, flats with a skirt (that is unless the heels just go better with the skirt)

    Hope i helped.

Also, light, natural looking makeup. =]

  2. i think whatever is comfortable for you,

if you're better off in a skirt than a dress, then go with a skirt and a cute blouse.  but remember, it's in the evening, and the bugs will come out, so maybe nothing too short.  i would say a cute little cocktail dress with shoes with a bit of a heel, but something comfortable.

i think pulling your bangs back is a good idea, so they're out of your way, and maybe curl the rest of your hair, and pin pieces back to make it look like an elegant up do.
