Need Millsber help!?

Question

I'm trying to do a mission for the sensie and im on delieveing a letter to robert j williams i go to the post office and send him a thank you note and then i get this little box that says good job you completed the task blah blah blah go see sensei so i do and it has the same task, i try clicking on her and she says i havent qualified yet but in the box it says my task is complete but my classes are at 0%, what does that mean and how can i fix this?

i would contact millsberry.com or just redo the mission if you can. i used to play millsberry but i quit cause buildabearville.com is more fun because it is virtual and you get to walk around and do missions and decorate your home if you have a bear, and interact with people more. if you want email me and i will tell you how to get a bear. my email is [e-mail] or [e-mail]
