Need New Seat Insert for Zooper Boogie Black 2006

I had a large sunscreen spill on my 2006 Black Zooper Boogie seat insert. It's on the bottom section where the feet rest. Becasue it's sunscreen I can't get it out!!!! HELP! Can I buy I new insert? Where would I get a new one?
