Need Owners Manual for Kitchen Selectives Wine...

Question

Have a Kitchen Selectives Wine Chiller for one bottle... No Instuctions or Manual... Not sure if I should put water and/or ice in before I turn on the timer. Just turning on the timer doesn't seem to chill the bottle.Have not been able to locate the Kitchen Selectives website to search for a PDF of the manualPS Had to pick "Coffer Maker" from you drop down menu... No Wine Chillers listed....
