Need Passport within 3 days?

Question

i live in michigan and my friend asked me to come with him to italy, but theyre leaving this wednesday. I dont have a passport so thats my main priority. i need a quick answer if i will be able to get it in time.

and also what i need to do to get it.

im 16.

First of all you will need your birth certificate and not a copy of it.. One with the seal on it.  A picture ID.  You parents may have to be present when you apply for your passport.

You will need to fill out the passport form... You can fill it out online and print it out.

Call this Agency : Chicago is your regional office. You may want to talk to them how to get a rush ordered passport. Usually you have to go to the regional office for one day service.
