I know why you need rare candies.  But to be honest if I had 1000 I wouldn't give 1 away because I could catch a female gible and put it in day care with my garchomp and make 10 level 100, what you need to is to get a pokemon with pickup and walk around.  Or you could leave them in the day care.  Or give them exp shares.  You can't always rely on rare candies because there is limited amounts.
