Need Recipes To Cook With Paneer?

I bought a pkt of paneer last nite (1kg) & now I dont know what to cook using it.

Can some1 pls give a gd recipe I can try to make. I never cook paneer before & would like to give it a go.

I'd never heard of Paneer.  Now I now it's like the cottage cheese we have in the US.  The link below gives you a lot of recipes to look through to decide what appeals to you.
