Need Recommendations for Energy herbal supplements?

I have a hypothyroid condition, and even when my TSH levels are balanced, I am still lacking in the level of energy I would like to have.

Can you recommend some herbal or vitamin supplements for energy?

  2. Ginseng, Gingko Biloba and B-12 are all quite effective at boosting energy.

  3. L-Tyrosine (or tyrosine)  is an amino acid recommended for hypothyroid. It's also helpful in suppressing the appetite and reducing body fat, production of skin and hair pigment, the proper functioning of the thyroid as well as the pituitary and adrenal gland.

    Some people take 1 capsule instead of having a cup of coffee. I find it gives me a boost when I'm feeling draggy, but doesn't have any caffeine-type effects like jitters.
