Need Romanian easy garlic sauce?

Was on this site a while back, it uses garlic, oil, salt, pepper, and I think sour cream

This is what I have.

1 garlic head, peeled and separated,

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 cup sour cream  

black pepper

Crush the garlic and add the salt. Put garlic and salt in a bowl and add oil. Beat with a fork until well mixed and somewhat fluffy. Approximately 3 minutes.  Add the sour cream and lots of black pepper, to taste. Mix well.

It's really tastey!
