  1. Lower your body fat.

Eat more times, with small portions.

    Eat less carbohydrates and fat.

Do cardio consistently, not too much as in running out of breath, you need to keep your heart rate in a middle ground that is optimal for fat burning.

    Do weight training.

    Drink a lot of water.

Eat foods and supplements that raise your testosterone.

Sleep more, and don't stress out too much.

    Extra:

    Be single. =D

  2. me too i want to get rid of them but i don't want to make muscles just to be thin, try to run a lot at the morning....a mile everyday that would be useful

  3. First of all, don't starve yourself. You need to eat more during the day. This will increase your resting metabolism which is when your body burns the most calories and fat. Frequent , healthy snacks are not going to make you gain weight. As far as your workout regimen, more lifting would also help you. Bench presses will help turn your"  man b***s" -lol!- into pecs or your chest muscles. Treadmill or jogging is also important for cardio. These 2 combined as well as a sensible diet will set you on the right path. Good Luck!

  4. That seems like a pretty impressive exercise regime you've got there, but one thing to concentrate on with eating is that it's regular, so never skip breakfast, lunch, or dinner, try to avoid preprepared stuff, for example, the chicken sounds great, but you've got to make sure it's not preprepared with a ton of salt and stuff, and make sure to have it with plenty of vegetables and fruit. Plenty of water at all times is always good. Peanut butter for breakfast isn't really that bad, but doesn't sound like you have much fibre, if you could go for a bran cereal or something for breakfast instead, to try and get a bit more fibre in, and cut down on the fat from the peanut butter, as that stuff can be fairly oily.

Key things though, regular eating, fibre, water, fruit and veg, and avoiding preprepared salty fatty stuff. Otherwise, keep it up! :D
