First of all im on a diet for 4 days now and it working out fine! I ussually eat 2 toast with peanut butter in the morning and eat to slabs of skinless bonelesss chicken for supper and some kind of snack for later.For exercises every second day i lift weights, bicycle kicks, squwats,sit ups for 30 minutes.What other stuf should i be doing? Anything to improve on?Im currently a 17 year old male at 200 pounds 6 foot 3 inch
