  1. Go over what you're going to say until you know it by heart. Speak in front of the mirror, and family members. Remember to breathe and speak slowly. Before it's your turn, close your eyes and take a deep breath counting backwards from 10 and exhale. Smile and focus on a friend in the class.

  2. very simple.......... just relax and be confident.

    Don't think u can't do it....

Just think that "If it's going to be, It's up to me."

No one is gonna hang you even if you do mistakes....... So why to worry ?

  3. Dont be shy to speak infront....

    Its not scary

    Its not dangerous!!

Its so scary to speak to Satan..

Not to the infront of class

If you cant really cant let people stare at you..

    Dont look at them..

Look at your best friend or your friends,

    smile at them

And if you dont want to look at them

    Mind your business

    Dont mind others's

  4. Calm down. The best thing to do is to be as prepared as possible with your material. Make sure it is organised, so that it is logical and easy to follow. Make so that one point flows easily into the next. (Do you need to use a PowerPoint programme so that you have visual aids? Then you can show the points in bullet in if you need to. But if it isn't required, never mind. )

Once you have your text organised, write it out. Don't have the sentences too long, and phrase them so that you have a comma every few seconds - this is when you can take a breath in the middle of a sentence. You must remember to breathe! So think of the commas and full stops as your cue to take a breath. This, believe it or not, is the important part, the presentation of the text of the actual speech you're going to give.

Another thing you can do is put your speech in a large format (easily done using MS Word) and in double line spacing (also easily done using MS Word. Very helpful if you lose your way while talking.

Once you've got this far, take it to your mirror and practise giving the speech. Practise your breathing and your intonation (this is how your voice rises and falls naturally, and if used well you come across sounding great). Get a friend or one of your parents to listen to you.

It's good to get nice and nervous now, but don't let this distract you from doing the necessary preparation. I am sure that there are other people in the class just as nervous about giving presentations as you are .... and if you are still nervous on the day, just imagine all your listeners on the toilet suffering from constipation, I mean REALLY have to PUSH HARD .... this happens to everyone.

    You'll be fine.
