Need To Increase My Milk Supply... Anyone Ever Tried Fenugreek??

I have a 17 day old beautiful baby boy, and I have a low milk supply... Im really against formula feeding but I have had no choice, I pump and breastfeed him what I can but its not enough. Has anyone tried Fenugreek?? and if so how did it work for you?? I have heard that it does in fact increase your milk supply but I just wanted to hear some personal experiences, or if you did not use Fenugreek what did you do to increase your supply?? thanks for the input. =)

I used Fenugreek pills. It did seem to help some. The only thing bad about it is that it makes your sweat smell like celery. That part is kind of gross but anything is worth it when it comes to your baby. Good luck!!

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water, increase your water intake and that should help produce more milk
