Need Urgent help (Ideas) !!! sub box?

Question

Hello, I have 2 kicker l7 and my sub box the bottom half of the screws just slip through the screws are tapered but the box holes are wasted.... any suggestions in what I can do? I dont need a new box do I?

I hate it because my sub loosens the top half of screws and starts to jump out of the enclosure = - /

Use some T-nuts and some blue Loctite. T-nuts are threaded inserts that go on the inside of the box,  They should have been used from the beginning. Here is a link that shows some, I'm sure you have seen them and can get the at your local hardware store.

T nuts is the proper way to go. Any other way is a shortcut. The t-nuts will hold for many years of pounding from ur sub.

t nuts   or u can just go and get a new box...

maybe you used the wrong screws they my be to short or wrong threading another option maybe the box might have got wet
