Need WoW help ! downloading stuff ..?

okay, i just started to make a WoW account

but everytime i try to login, i get this c**p saying i need to restart WoW to download stuff like patches ?

it happens everytime ?

HOW DO I ACTUALLY PLAY WoW ?

  1. until the patches  are  al downloaded and installed

    they can be  big  and plentifull
