Need a US Open(tennis) phone number?

I need to know some kind of phone number for the US Open. I want information regarding tickets. I'm looking for a ground pass for Tuesday. Does anyone know what I'm supposed to do to get the tickets? Ebay...Stubhub... Is there some kind of ticket window at Flushing where I can buy it??? Help!
