Need a better and cheap way to call mexico?

so I call mexico often, at least would like to. I use prepaid phone cards but since my call is to a cell phone I get very little time. I can't seem to find a good plan and the whole internet calling isn't really right for me, is there another way?

The Mexican stores in Ga have prepaid cellphone calling cards now and it gives you more than double the time as a regular prepaid. Also check your service provider a lot of them offer special international rates. You can also check with nextel. My husband uses them and sent one to his brother in Mexico and its no more to call him than it is to call a nextel phone in the next room.
