Need a bios download for maxdata laptop

hello there i have a maxdata nb vision 340c laptop when i boot up the laptop it says:ATI MACH64 SDRAM BIOS 4.151(6133-V02)Bios cant find the MIFLASH.COM filePlease copy the MIFLASH.COM to disk and press any key to retry.I have looked on maxdata's website and all over the place cannot seem to rectify this problem can you help me download the files i need or provide them please.
