Am going to hire a linkbuilding company as offshore on elance.com however am looking for that what are the important factors I have to keep in mind while hiring any SEO company or consultant. Furthermore what are the important question and how I should validate their claim to properly observe before finalizing the deal with any company.
I will appreciate a practical guidance how must have experiences in dealing with offshore company or freelance consultant. Am too much worried about it as this would be my first ever case and furthermore I have only limited budget, so I don't want to blowup my budget in testing randomly some companies and then a company that is prove to produce some results.
