Question:

Need a co sleeper for large baby?

My 2 month old loves sleeping in his co sleeper that lays on the bed. He is already out growing it at 16 pounds. I am not ready to put him in his crib and neither is he. He sleeps well in his infant carseat but it only holds up to 20 pounds which is not far off. I need a safe place that is close to me because we both sleep better close to each other. Does anyone know of a product that is made for larger babies?

  1. i second the original arm's reach co-sleeper...it's the one i got and it attaches to your bed.  you can have a baby sleeping there until 30 pounds and then you can use it as a full size play yard up until 50 pounds...

  2. You can buy bedside cots and co sleepers that attach to the side of the bed like this one

I have a bedside cot from Mothercare(UK) which has a side which comes right down and adjustable height so it is the same level as the mattress on your bed. the only problem with using it like this is when your baby is mobile but at 2 months it would be ideal.

This is the one I have
