  1. 1. Use a good facial cleanser " Clean Slate" day and night

    2. Apply "Vanishing point 7.5" for acne treatment day and night

    3. Use a good Moisturizer "Cell Enhancer or Anti-Aging" with solar

       protection

  2. seek advice from your gp...

  3. Roaccutane/accutane/isotretinoin.

You get this from a dermotologyst - your doctor will refere you.

  4. Proactiv. It sounds corny but actually does work

  5. what you really need to do is pick a remedy and stick with it for at least 3 months. Most are deemed ineffective as people don't give them a fair go. The skin cycle lasts from 4-6 weeks so you won't see any effects for the minimum of 4-6 weeks and even longer to see any decent effects.

  6. proactiv s really good. also u can get some good stuff @ walgreens go for neutrogena. u can also buy some oil absorbing sheets those r really good f u hav oily skin. wash ur face after ur skin comes into contact with dirt or sweat. when u dry ur face rub the towel on ur face 2 remove the dirt an oil. u can also try putting a hot jalapeno on the acne my aunt said it works but im not sure about it. f u wana quik fix lik n a day u could remove minor pimples by leaving soap on ur face overnight, or jus an extended period of time. even f u jus leave it on for a few minutes the pimple will look smaller. u should also try 2 drink alot of water an exercise this will detoxify ur body. u can buy digestion pills or get a colonic. nething that cleans ur bowels will clean ur face.

  8. Go to your G.P if you haven't yet tried any prescription medication;benzolyn peroxide or tablets they will put you on them 1st,if you have tried them and they don't work then ask your G.P to refer you to a dermatologist, only a dermatologist can prescribe stronger medication, a G.P can't.
