I can do graphics, what are you looking for specifically.  I would love to do something part time at home...

*The term web developer is a broad spectrum.  Are you looking for someone who works on a Unix or Windows platform?  important as visual basic is a lot different than .php.  Are you looking for sites that are made in programs, are do you want someone who actually knows how to hard code, (They're not usually taught that in school).  Are you looking for someone to just design a page that will be sliced up and automatically put on a page for you?  Do you need a network admin? You haven't given any details.  

Or...are you looking for money for an investment?
