Need a free manual for the janome 344

Question

help! somehow my spare roll of thread got round around the wheel and i took off the wheel but cannot put it back on. also, i'd like to salvage the thread and put it back on the spool. i feel so stupid. i don't know how i could have missed the entire spool winding away to nothing. i didin't even notice it until i went to change the bobbin.
