I am looking for something that tastes good, will give me energy and is packed with nutrients. I am looking for a very healthy energy boosting, antioxident packed smoothie.

I know I could surf recipes or go buy a pre made one, i prefer to do it myself and prefer to know someone has made one that they like, is easy and quick, and tastes really good.

Thanks!

  1. Something healthy is easy. But for the energy booster you will have to go buy pre made.

if you go to a place like the mall that has a healthy vitamin in it they can help you.

  2. In a blender: Light vanilla silk milk ( soy protein ) then add blueberries (antioxidant) banana (potassium) and maybe some ginseng (energy)

  3. K, I make smoothies every morning. I always start with milk (nonfat or whole, doesnt matter), add 1/4 c yogurt (MountainHigh is a good brand. Nothing with added or fake sugars...think healthy!)  A scoop of protein powder, then whatever frozen fruits I have on hand. Usually half a banana and 5 frozen strawberries. I find if I freeze the bananas too then I dont need to use ice which is hard on my blender.

  4. This is a recipe from the Abs Diet - check out the cookbook it is full of smoothie recipes...
