Need a good Theme for an Office Holiday Party?

Help!!!!! I need to make our office holiday party really fun this year. I am in need of fresh ideas, themes, games, etc. About 80-100 people will be attending. I really need a great idea, please help!

Winter wonderland - if your having decorations i think the colors should be white and clear (like balloons). (classic & very formal)

If it's a costumes party it could be Holly Jolly Christmas.

And if it's casual it could be Christmas In July.
