Hello, I need a good programmer asap to make a databsedriven site. Any ideas were I can find somone to help?

What is the BEST site from getacoder, getafreelancer, renatcoder, ect... that yoy have used and can recommend?

ALl the bids I get are worthless because they DONT know how to do and and bid anyways?
