Question:

Need a good workout, haven't worket out in probably 5 years?

Want to get back in shape, don't know where to start. Gained probably 40 lbs in the past few years and would like it to go away...need help!!

  2. Okay, well, you just need to start with the basics. Like stretching out your muscles. Such as stand up and dont bend your knees and try and bend as far down as you can, stretches like that. And then maybe sit ups, and if you have enough arm strength push ups. =]] That will work, you jjust have to be devoted.

  3. Listen to your iPod while u jog with a friend and set a destination before you start.

    Don't take diet pills or any of that junk.

    Eat healthy, quit drinking soda and every night spend at least 15 mins doing some exercises as simple as push ups, sit ups, flutter kicks, etc  

  4. Swim / I had gone 20 years without exercize and now have a fit body with no injuries
