Need a heatset(cordless) for a business phone - what should I buy?

I'm tired of dealing with a cord on my headset, and I get a headache with the headset over my head....so any tips on what one I should buy?

Plantronics is the industry leader in headsets. There are cheaper brands, but if you want quality then plantronics is the way to go. They have a number of wired and wireless models to choose from.

i've worked in call centers for 9 years, and the common brands are AVAYA and PLANTRONICS

I use Plantronic I have never had a problem with it
