1) Download and install the latest RealPlayer (v. 11): http://uk.real.com/player/more

2) Use Microsoft Internet Explorer/RealPlayer and go to YouTube and find the video you want.

3) Now, whenever you hover over the video, a link becomes available saying 'Download This Video'.
