  1. Can you be more specific?

I ran Div1 XC and track, but I didnt really see what the track guys were up to off season. I dont remember seeing them do much during XC season other than weights. Indoors and outdoors they would workout, but it never seemed to be very hard. They kinda just hung around. Its not like the coach was coaching them. Your experience may be different.

What school are we talking about?

  2. Congrats by the way. It will be great, being on a team will be your next family. All of your workouts are done together, weights, and track workouts. Your event coach(hurdlers especially) will spend lots of time with your group doing drills and getting ready for indoor season. Don't believe the XC guy you will be coached by coaches, track especially sprint/hurdles are never without a coach its XC/long distance who are usually left to go for long runs on their own, you can't do speed work, start drills or hurdle drills without a coach as they are very technical events.. Enjoy yourself, train hard and make sure you go to our classes and keep your marks up so you can keep your scholarship
