Need a little help with ebay?

I ordered a cell phone off ebay a week ago. it says the shipping time would be 2-3 days.. i haven't gotten the email that the guy has even shipped it yet... how long do i wait before filing a complaint.. or am i over reacting, is a week too short to wait? i paid 70 bucks for it plus 10 bucks for quick shipping.. any help appreciated thanks

try to contact the seller first b4 filing a complaint with Ebay.

did you ever look atthe persons ratings of thier service that should tell you if thier one of the best people who send things the way they say they do  if its 2-3 days then it should be what was said

You have to wait ten days till you report them 10-60 but wait about 2 weeks he might be busy and if he has 100 percent feedback it will come just  be a little patient

Yes, a week is still too short to file a complaint. Wait until it's been at least ten days.

I have sold a lot of things on eBay, and I've never sent an e-mail telling the buyer I've shipped their item, so don't hold that against them.
