  1. Okay, I can honestly say I can help you out with this one! Over the past 4 weeks I have purchased and returned 7 gps. Mio Moov- $129- not bad,has text to speech-ex-"turn right onto sunset blvd" no bells & whistles, but had my street name wrong. Tom Tom one 3rd edition. Fun to play with, fun free downloads, and free map updates, but no text to speech, This is the one I re-purchased. Garmin nuvi 200- boring, no text to speech, hard to find things on the menu buttons. Nextar xb4($179)-sucked, couldnt even hear the text to speech-like listening thru wax paper. Navigon-as soon as I bought it  I had to go online and for an hour I had to download new maps, updates- and everything is grey on the screen- not visually friendly. My favorite was the Magellan maestro 3220- great text to speech, Navigated me from CT to Va. I dont know why I took it back. If they sold them anymore at Walmart I'd buy it back. For $148 you can get a tom tom one, if you dont mind not having text to speech. But for $218 if you can find it at your walmart I'd get the magellan.
