Need a low-impact video?

I need a low-impact workout that really burns calories, but is a lot easier than Tae-Bo. I am NOT young. During the summer I swim laps a mile a day. But when the weather is too cool for swimming I need a replacement to burn the calories. I work out at a gym with a trainer, so I don't need more weights or pilates. Walking my treadmill just doesn't burn the same amount of calories as swimming. TIA

  1. have you tried yoga it is very low impact and contrary to what most people think you don't have to be a gymnast to do yoga...you could also check with the gym that you belong to about water aerobics it is a very good work out with almost 0 impact...I don't know of any good videos but the water aerobics is the best for low impact but you would need an indoor pool for winter...
