Need a myspace code asap!?

I'm fixing my page..and i hide my friends and my contact table.

i want a code that it could just say add me..comment me..and message me..but idk how to do that? eny suggestions enyone? please help!! my sister was trying to help me the other day putting the url and blah..blah...yeah i didnt know how to do it?? help me!!!

i can "fine tune" SHERIDAN'S answer if you provide your URL/friend id.  I'm guessing that you have found the code to hide what you want to hide.  If not, I can provide you with everything you need.  Just go back to your question and "add details" here so I know what I'm working with.
