Hmm, you know I have the same problem..its tough to get a nickname with the name I have.

How about:

Meg

Meagie (A little corny I know..yet)

I realize your name and surname both start with 'M', so how about Em or Emem. :)

Your nick doesn't have to go by your 'name' it could also match something to do with your personality or the trend you follow.
