i really need this picture edited, i need the sign scribbled out

and just make it look good ill use whatever skills i have to repay u just ask :]

If you have a computer that runs on (any version* of) Windows, just open it in MS Paint.

If you can't find MS Paint, press the Windows key + R (to open the Run dialog box), then type C:\Program Files\Accessories\MSPAINT.EXE & press OK.

*Well, I don't know about Windows Vista, but it *is* on all other versions of Windows.

Download the open source program package, GIMP, or Graphic Image Manipulation Program. Very similar to Photoshop. It will serve your purpose and is free. See URL below.
