Anyone know of a free program to change file date/time stamps in windows XP?

  1. I installed Ninotech Date Edit, it allows the date/time to be changed, and does only that and is small and free:

    The install is a bit different, unzip the file, then right-click on DATEEDIT.INF and select "Install".

    Once installed there's an "Edit Date" option on the right-click context menu.
