Need a recipe for thai vegetable balls- pak tord

our local restaurant serves minced vegetables in batter then deep fried. it's called pak tord but i cannot find a recipe for it anywhere. does anyone know?

It's must be restaurent menu....In thailand doesn't have butter :) I am thai and im telling you...it's not Thai food.

recommand to ask the restaurent what are veggies they have in the ball. :)

I have these everytime I visit London, I have never seen this particular item on any Thai restaurant menu in the US (I travel alot for work). It's def a UK thing, I agree with the other poster --- I dont think this is an authentic Thai dish.
