Well, I have a few suggestions for you.

How about making your own litmus paper in the kitchen?

Use it to check out ph of soil, fruit, veggies?

Or make artificial aspirin?

Try testing people's memory. That's what I'm doing this year and it's been really fun so far. I'm in gr. 10.
