Need a sleep time for tv's?

Question

my tv has a minutes sleep timer.

I want the tv to turn on/off the tv at an exact hour.

any good devices that can be attached or something?

Not really. Your tv will not work with an electrical outlet timer unless it is an old tv with a push pull or latching power button. Remote control TVs use a relay to lock the power on. Once the power is cut to that relay the TV power switch goes off. It can not turn on again by itself. Once your timer clicks off the TV is off for good. Even if the timer comes back on your TV will remain off till you turn the TV back on with the remote or power button.
