1) <your team> can (will) win the comp (flag) for the <number of> time(s).

Replace can with will, if desired.

Add your team name where <your team> is.

Replace flag with comp, if desired.

Add the number of times, if they win, your team has won the comp where <number of> is.  If the team has not won before, then write "first".

2) Go <your team>. We are going to beat (whip/flog) <other team> (by <some amount of points>)

Same as above, but "by <some amount of points>" is optional

3) <A top player> is going to help <your team> win, blah blah blah.
