NAANI (Telugu: నాని) is a Tollywood film released in 2003, in which Mahesh Babu plays the lead role S .J. Suryaah is the Director the other co stars include Amisha Patel, Devayani and Raghuvaran.

Naani is a remake of the Hollywood film "Big" and it was already made in Tamil (titled NEW) where the director S. J. Suryaah himself played the hero alongside simran.

So, obviously, the song you are after is in Telugu and I am unable to help you here directly as I don't speak the language.  

However, after watching the song on YouTube, the song has been adapted from the Tamil song "Thottal Poo Malarum", which means `Flower blossoms as you touch it".
