Need a snowboard?

hi, im a skateboarder with 3 sponsors on sponsorhouse.com, so i want a good quality product but dont quite have hundreds of dollars for a pro model snowboard. it doesnt snow much here in cincinnati but when it does im never pre paired. i recently bought a world industries snow skkateboard which is a blast but i really want a snowboard. could someone please post some good yet affordable brands. of course i cant get a burton but what are some nice store brand boards or cheap pro boards.

  1. if u are a pro skateboarder then you probably are looking for a park/freestyle board with alot of flex. the Ride "Kink" is a good parkboard for rails and stuff and is only like $300 or $350. the Ride dominant is a good parkboard also. i think they even make a board that is designed specifically for street riding (durable and inexpensive, this might be a good option for your city). if you can afford an extra $100 then go for the burton twin. anything less than $300 is probably garbage. also, if it helps i am 5'9" and ride a 157cm board. for each inch you are taller or shorter than me add or subtract about two centimeters for the board. good luck!


  2. ummm seen as how this is your first board i would reccomend a nitro or a gnu because these are very good learning boards
