Need a system that dumps! With a $1200.00 budget

I have $1200.00 saved up to buy a system. My friend has a 15" Kicker Comp VR 1000 watt peak 500 RMS. And I want to show him up.

What should I buy?

YOU MEAN PUMPS RIGHT NOT DUMPS ....storage Caps for one  and go for the high end and mid range speakers show him up with volume not just bass. MAke sure you got inference cover coming off your ignition. upgrade the battery to a RV Marine 120amphour. Then play Slayer

This will blow his system away, just may have a little bit of a wait for the component sets though, because they are on pre-production orders right now for $185 a set, 150 watts RMS (straight from the maker that is why they are so cheap, plus after the pre-production sale is over they go to $315 per set). I would look into a 12" Kicker L7.

Run that baby on a Kicker ZX750.1

You will be getting a full 750RMS of cea compliant power.

Make sure to have the proper sized box for the BEST sound.

Ignore peak watts pay attention to RMS.

Personally, I would say the right 12" in the proper box would roast a 15" anyday.

The 12" is my personaly favorite and hits basically all notes, highs, mids and lows(bass).

You can buy one kicker 15" solo-baric L7, that woofer are the best of kicker.
