A lot of removal companies would be able to arrange suitable transport for household items.  As mentioned above, trucking goods is safer than sending by rail.

You could try Sadleirs, they provide both rail and road freight services and have main depots in Perth and Sydney, so might be a good first bet. They also will carry anything from one parcel to full truck or container loads. See the first source below.

I would not recommend moving your household goods on a train.  Things transported on a train are subjected to lots of vibration, and jolts from starting, stopping and coupling/uncoupling of the cars.

Your possessions would arrive in much better condition if they were transported on a truck, especially a moving truck equipped with air suspension.
