Nathaniel James, it goes well with his sister's name and both will have longer, classic first names with multiple nns, Cara and Nathan are so cute! I like his sister's name too! Edit: After reading some of the other answers, I wanted you to know that I have a traditionally male middle name (so does my daughter) and I have always loved it. It never bothered me that no other girls had my name or that it was masculine.  And thank goodness my mom didn't feel the need to make it look girly by spelling it some weird way.

Also, what kid wouldnt want the nick name Nate.  It can be used in different ways that are cool to kids like Nate Dogg or whatnot.

Are you set on the fact that it HAS to be one of the names you listed? Out of the names that you have listed, I like either Nathaniel James or Luke Sebastian.

Out of names that you don't have listed, I like Briant Sebastian. Also, a lot of people like their twins' names to start with the same letters, so you could use Curtis/Chris/Cody/Caleb James. (I personally like Chris James and Caleb James.

And, I know you said no suggestions about the daughter's name, but I was just wondering...why Jeffrey for a girl? If that name is somehow important to your family or something, couldn't you use it for the boy? Nathaniel Jeffrey would be cute. Now, please don't hate me for giving you a suggestion, but what about Jaden for the girl's middle name. It's still unusual but pretty, like the other names you have, and it's still sort of hard like Jeffrey, but it doesn't sound so manly. We call a girl at my school Jeffrey because her first name is Jennifer and last is Free, and she gets mad because she says it makes her sound g*y. Just a suggestion, but think about what your daughter will think about her name someday.
