Need a workout plan for 2 miles?

I can run 2 miles in 17:46 right now. What can i do that will guaranteed me to be able to run 2 miles in under 13 minutes? I have until August 20. I would like a work out plan please. Also i mean guaranteed, like you have done it before and it has worked for you. Also im asian and weigh 120 pounds if that helps

  1. Go to the Runner's World website and click on Smart Coach.  Instead of using your current mile time, put in your goal time.  The site will generate a customized plan that will get you to your goal in the time you have.  I used it build a training program for a half marathon.
